Careful restoration
Will a restored card be considered altered?
It is a common misconception that every restored card has a high chance of being returned as altered. The result depends heavily on the methods and products used.
Cards are more likely to be considered altered when excessive wax is used to conceal scratches or too much heat is applied during restoration. We work conservatively and only recommend treatment considered suitable for the card.
A careful, transparent approach
We have not experienced one of our own cards or a customer's card being returned as altered following our treatment. Every card is assessed individually, and unnecessary treatment is avoided.
No grading company result can be guaranteed. Final grading and authentication decisions are always made independently by the grading company.

Your agreed card value is protected.
Before treatment, we agree on the card's value. If the card is damaged or made worse while in our care, we buy it for that agreed value.
Shipping insurance is separate and must be arranged or agreed individually.
